ATTRIBUTION & REVENUE SHARING
Our goal is to use our proprietary AI models – which have been trained only on licensed data – to be subsequently attributed and participate in revenue sharing – for every AI service in the pipeline.
Every source that contributes more than 1% to an overall result—whether that result is a synthetic voice, an image, or a script—is tracked and credited. Contributing Source IP is compensated by a ten percent share of any Revenue derived from the resulting, or Derivative, IP that makes use of it. Forever.
Let’s say John and Jane Doe have both contributed voice timbers to create a Synthetic Voice #1.
That Synthetic Voiceover is then used by one of our creative partners to serve as the narrator for one of our channels, which begins to earn ad revenue in its second year.
We will create a pool of Contributing Sources, and their relative contributions to the finished IP, in which John and Jane Doe will be represented. When we begin earning Revenue, they will begin earning Royalties. Additionally, their contributions will be credited at the end of every piece of media that makes use of their data.
What makes this model so powerful? As we invite more and more creators to make channels with our technology, then John and Jane Doe’s contributions have an exponential chance of seeing Derivative Royalties from the resulting IP.
It’s a new creative system that benefits everyone—from creators of digital IP who need help maintaining volume and consistency, to the contributors whose data has provided increasingly sophisticated tools for their use.
